With the Embeddable Job Widget plugin, you can show a form on your site that users can generate some embed code with. This embed code can show listings from your site wherever they use the code.
After selecting options for their widget, the user will be able to preview the widget and grab the embed code for use on their own website:
The embed code can be used on any website to display job listings from your site – WordPress is not required.
